- In general, all products are shipped via your selected method of shipment within one (1) business day of payment confirmation. You may be contacted prior to deliver to confirm certain aspects of your order including payment method, delivery address and configuration options. You will receive an email upon shipment which will include tracking information from your chosen carrier. - Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund. Your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, returns will be accepted in cases of defect for replacement only. Please contact us at sales@vitabytedirect.com or (718) 576-1224 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions should it become necessary to return a portion of your order.
